This is a guide for our experience together. Your facilitators will attune to the group’s needs and refine the schedule as required.

Enjoy healing, restoration, and balance with cleansing breathwork, centering chant, immersive sound bath, grounding QiGong yoga, energising tribal dance, and quiet contemplation.

Facilitators

Celina Low Jones, Ph.D, CCTS, RYT200 

Dr. Cel J is a clinical trauma specialist, mindfulness mentor, and QiGong yoga teacher who blends science and spirituality to support deep healing in women. Known for her compassionate, holistic approach, she integrates trauma expertise and evidence-based mindfulness with qigong, yoga, tribal dance, meditative sound, restorative touch, and Reiki to nurture resilience in body, mind, and spirit. Having overcome childhood trauma herself, Dr. Cel J brings over two decades of experience guiding women through healing emotional wounds and managing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Her retreats offer a safe and empowering space for transformation, rooted in compassion and a commitment to breaking cycles of personal and collective trauma.

Tay Sok Hwee

Sok Hwee is a board-certified music therapist, Komyo Reiki Do teacher, and healing arts practitioner who weaves together music, Reiki, breath work, and sound to support women’s emotional and spiritual transformation. With deep compassion and a holistic philosophy, she empowers women to reconnect with themselves through the gentle power of vibration, energy, and breath. Trained in Kyoto, Japan and grounded in years of experience across mental health, hospice, and cancer care, Sok Hwee creates immersive, restorative spaces where healing rhythms inspire balance, wholeness, and resilience on the path to personal growth.

A small gravel driveway/dirt road off Farrington Road will lead you to the retreat venue.
